Insurance companies often rely on us for detailed estimates, including site visits, photographs, and documentation. This service requires time and expertise, and most insurers will reimburse you for the fee.
What types of repairs do you perform?
We handle all types of RV repairs and upgrades, from plumbing and electrical to roofing and appliances. However, we do not perform mechanical work on motorhomes.
Do you offer tire services?
No, we do not provide tire repairs or replacements. We recommend using a local tire shop for those services.
What is mobile RV repair?
Mobile RV repair means we come to your location—whether it’s your home, storage lot, or campsite—and perform repairs onsite using the tools and parts we carry in our service vehicle.
How much do you charge for insurance estimates?
We charge a flat fee of $375 for insurance estimates within 20 miles of our shop. Beyond that, we add $2.50 per mile round trip. This includes travel, photos, and a detailed report for your insurer.
What is an “hourly shop rate”?
Our hourly shop rate is based on the estimated time a qualified technician needs to complete a repair or installation, not a flat hourly wage.
How much is emergency service?
Emergency service calls (after hours, weekends, or holidays) cost $275 for the service call and $205 per hour once we begin work.
What are your same-day service rates?
For same-day appointments, the service call fee is $225 and the hourly shop rate is $175. These rates reflect the need to rearrange our schedule and often work later hours.
What are your base rates for RV repair?
During normal business hours, we charge a $175 service call fee and a $145 hourly shop rate once we arrive at your location.
What if my generator won’t start?
We diagnose starting issues on-site and repair everything from fuel problems to ignition components and control panels.
